Wheel Throwing Class (for children ages 9+)

Dates: November 10, 17 // December 1, 8, 15
Time: 1:30 to 3:30PM
​Location: Pottery Studio
Fee: $125 for full session (5 classes) Students must participate in all 5 classes of the session.
5 week session:
Week 1: wedging, wheel introduction and centering
Weeks 2-4: throwing practice
Week 5: glazing (fired work can be picked up during Open Pottery Studio the following week)

Wheel Throwing is a complicated skill that requires many hours of practice to grow muscle memory. We find that multiple classes are necessary and our six week course is ideal in mastering the art of wheel throwing.
