Visiting Artist Workshop: Painting LARGE with Emily Passman
Dates: Saturday & Sunday June 22 & 23
Time: 10:00AM - 4:00PM each day
Location: Art Barn Painting Studio
Fee: $200 for the two day workshop
Break through your fears and work large! Let go of, “How will I fill the space, it’s too big?” and begin to see the possibilities. Emily will lead you through exercises to help you break into painting LARGE. This class will cover the division of space, value control and color power. Be willing to squeeze out more paint and bring out the large brushes. Using photos as reference, in this two-day weekend workshop Emily will walk you through sketching, seeing, and simplifying exercises that assist and move you into a larger space with more excitement and confidence. Open to intermediate and advanced oil and acrylic painters.
