Fee: $45 per class, includes all beginning materials (bring preferred materials as classes progress).
If you have never had a formal drawing training, this class is designed to help you with some simple techniques to get you started. If you want to improve your drawing skills, there will be suggestions of new ways to approach your work. The course is designed to suit the student's needs from techniques for plein-air drawing to working in interiors and from photographs, as well as figure drawing and portraiture. Uses for your drawing skills may be to generate ideas for painting or other forms of artwork or to create finished pieces. Students should keep a sketch pad. 
Students should bring a sketch pad at least 9 x 12 inches-to keep for themselves plus any unique materials students may have always wanted to try.
