It's true! You can create art with wool as your canvas and wool as your medium! You will learn the wet felting process in this workshop while creating a unique piece of art the same time.

Workshop: Felted Slippers (wet felting around a resist) with Christa Fischer
Project to be completed over 2 sessions
Dates: Tuesday, March 24th & Thursday, March 26th

No experience needed, open to ages 13+

Create slippers for yourself or a friend over 2 or more classes. You will create wool felt slippers choosing from several styles, each pair will be unique. Bring a tracing of the person's feet who will be receiving the slippers and a pair of strong arms! This class require perseverance but you will be rewarded with a pair of wool slippers that will last for many, many years. Alternatively it is possible to make a pair of baby booties; quite a bit easier!
