Vendor Registration 

2019 Featherstone Flea and Fine Arts Market

Tuesdays: June 30th – August 25th, from 9:30AM - 2:00PM

**Due to space limitations, there is no parking at your tent. Vendors may park to set up, but must move vehicles prior to 9:30AM opening.

All spaces will be 10x10 and will be $40 per Vendor**

A non-refundable Application Fee of $25 is required to participate in the 2020 Flea & Fine Arts Market.

Flea & Fine Arts Markets:

June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21, July 28, August 4, August 11, August 18, August 25 from 9:30am to 2:00pm every Tuesday.

The number of vendors will be limited each week. First priority goes to those who can commit to a full season and to our returning vendors if this form and deposit is received by April 1, 2020.

Payment is due upon arrival at every Flea and Fine Arts Market. Please provide payment to the Featherstone staff member as you arrive. Full season payment is welcome and encouraged.                               

I am committing to:

- Full season (all 9 dates)

- First half of the season (5 dates; 6/30/20-7/28/20)

- Second half of the season (4 dates 8/4/20-8/25/20)

Please inform us of any Tuesdays you will not be able to participate within the Full Season.

Proper Notice:

Please give Featherstone Center for the Arts at least 48 hours notice if you cannot attend a Flea and Fine Arts Market that you have committed to. This allows us time to fill empty spots and accommodate more vendors. You may call the gallery at 508-693-1850, please leave a voicemail if your call is not answered. If proper notice is not given, that week’s “Flea Fee” still applies.

Rain Delay/Cancelation:

Featherstone will have a recording on our voicemail by 6:30AM, notifying all vendors if there is a delay or cancellation due to weather. Please call 508-693-1850. We will also do our very best to send an email notification to all vendors.

Setting Up and Packing Up:

Please arrive at Featherstone Center for the Arts between 7:00 - 8:30AM for your confirmed Tuesday Flea and Fine Arts Markets. Featherstone staff will collect your “flea fee” and show you to your vending space.

All Vendors Must Park in the Lower Green Parking.

Vendors who arrive past 8:30AM will not be granted entrance to set up.

We ask that all vendors refrain from packing up their booth space until the Flea and Fine Arts Market is over at 2:00PM. No vehicle will be allowed to drive on the Upper Green until after 2:00PM.

Vendors should not bring pets/animals to the Flea and Fine Arts Market.

All food vendors must be approved by the Oak Bluffs Board of Health.

NOTICE TO ALL VENDORS:

Please remember to get your application and deposit in before April 1st 2020.

These policies will ensure a successful season for all of us! We thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation.
